VLC + BREAKFAST BIRTHDAYS DECO

week Last week was the birthday of David and that despite being weekday felt it was a special day first thing in the morning, I decided to prepare a little surprise .

The idea was simply to replace the classical cake for something more "breakfast" (fit to be eaten at these times indecent to which we got) but also serve to plant a candles and sing the "Happy Birthday" good morning.

My choice was a simple apple cake with chocolate chips I prepared the evening before and they smelled so well I had to ventilate the house for hours so that when David came not smelled (literally) surprise.

After ventilation of rigor and hide the cake overnight, the next morning without him knowing, put the alarm clock a shortly before to have more time to enjoy breakfast and I received it in the room with a good cappuccino and this:

(As you see, the pictures I made when it was day, with two portions and less and half melted wax lyrics;)

Well here you have the very simple prescription if you feel like to encourage you.

ingredients for 6 persons:

3 eggs
200g sugar
sunflower oil 100g
1 lemon yogurt
170g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 envelope yeast Royal
1 apple, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
1 handful of chocolate chips for baking

preparation:

1) Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl
2) Add oil and yogurt, mix
3) gradually incorporate flour yeast, salt and mix until no lumps
4) Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured previously
5) Put the apple slices in the dough
6) Sprinkle the top of the mixture with a little sugar and seeds chocolate
7) Place the pan in the preheated oven at 170 º
8) Bake for 30 minutes (the exact time depends on the oven so take control in case)

's it!
